Ordered my camera package on line (daughters christmas present). Received a note that my credit card needed a confirmation. Tried to contact them to do that for three days straight. Could not get anyone to answer me. Ultimately went to the store in Culver City figuring that I'll just buy it there and take care of the problem. What do you know, they did not have that package anymore but would be happy to sell me the same camera for $175.00 more. Never mind that I pointed out the order that I already had. Bad, Bad, Bad.
