"The handle on our Samsung freezer drawer has inserts on each end that are molded plastic with a metal insert; so the plastic holding the metal piece in broke one day and we glued it back together. After this happened an additional 3 times, we checked online for a permanent solution. A YouTube video showed us how easy it would be to just replace the part, but it was for another model. The part didn't have a number on it and the owner's manual didn't show that part or list numbers for part either. What followed was a series of searches, advice from the handymen in my life, and a trip to a local appliance store where we had previously been successful finding a replacement spring for the side-by-side doors on this same refrigerator; then I went online and did a search until I came across Samsung Parts. What a relief it was to find the exact parts we needed; and, since the installation is so easy, I was able to fix the door handle myself. The cost for the parts was much less than it would have been had I ordered through the appliance store, too. We are very pleased with the parts and service received!"
