We apologize.......over and over...

"Must be written in their training because I got the same answer.
Two different times I have ordered multiple items only to figure out down the road....I never received all the items....at the bottom of the order it says you credit card won’t be charged until the item ships. They charged me for it all. But one item was missing.
Called when I realized it, all the poor lady I could barely understand was apologize.
And offer my money back. Three days from Christmas, they still sell the item online and in stores...and you can’t get it! So I have my money back and no gift for my granddaughter. So sad. Would not recommend wasting money on a card. They should be paying you to shop there.

management is non responsive

"management is non responsive when called by employees for assistance. As a member I have to stand there and wait until the manager on duty fells like coming over to do their job. Management is very unprofessional when speaking with others. Sams club is always trying to make members pay extra for an upgrade just to boost their bonuses...Not one employee looks like they want to be there let alone help others. I just wish upper management would go and observe this... "

Horrible New Measures

"I returned something to Sam's Club for which I used a debit card. Sam's Club used to give cash back for debit card purchases. I gave the cashier my receipt, and I bought the item on Sunday, five days ago. The cashier said that management will not give cash back anymore, that management wants the refund to go back to the same exact debit card, that management... I just got tired of what the unrealistic and unfriendly management wanted. What about what I want as a customer? Maybe it's time to cancel the membership and take my business somewhere else. I want my cash back since it is my money. Sam's Club received the money immediately. I chose not to wait and took a store credit since I left that particular debit card at home. My refund is still going back to Sam's Club. I wanted my money. The item they sold to me caused me some side effects."

I'M GOING TO SAM'S CLUB!!!

"I love Sam's Club. I'm so sick of hearing "I'm going to costco!!". THEN F***ING GO!!! Sam's club donates a lot of stuff for their community. I don't see Costco doing that. I think you guy's probably have more positive visits then negative but you only post the negative because you think you can get something extra out it. Why do people have to be so negative? You wonder why this world is full of crime. BECAUSE OF NEGATIVE PEOPLE LILE YOU!!!

Awesome service

"I went to Sam's Club in Pearland and wanted to purchase a cat tower. I did not get help from a employee the day before because he did not want to deal with putting tower in my car. They just wanted me to have a truck to make it easier. I went back to the store next day and talked to a employee Eduardo in customer service. Instead of finding someone to help me, he offered to do it himself. He was kind and patient and the tower went in my car smoothly. He jus took the time to look at m car and the tower. My cat is so happy she has something to climb on. I really appreciate Eduardo for his help. He went over & beyond. I also want to thank Kobe who tried his best to help me as well. They were both kind. "

Online ordering **** and wesley chapel manager shawn is disrespectful

"I ordered a generator on Wednesday, August 28th, 2019 for Hurricane Dorian. The website said there were 3 in stock so I hurried up and ordered one. I got my email stating I could pick it up Saturday, August 31, 2019 from 10am-11am. I wake up that morning and see the "Order cancellation" email.

I call the store to talk to a manager and the employee told me the manager was helping get water from a truck that just pulled up and she asked if she could help me instead. I nicely explain the situation and she says she was so sorry but they sold out of generators Thursday, August 29, 2019. I explained that my problem with that is that I never received an email stating that they had sold out on Thursday or Friday. She said hold on and she'd try to get the manager again.

I wait about 5 minutes and a manager named Shawn gets on the phone so as I'm trying to explain what's happening, he just continuously talks over me or tries to talk louder than me.

Needless to say, it's a few days until the hurricane hits and and I've called every place imaginable with a generator and they are all sold out.

can't change address

"I have had it with this place. I am sharing a card with someone in a different state. Everytime I order I have to change my address. They just can't get it right. My last order was sent to the wrong address so I got on the chat. Went through 4 people and still couldn't get it. The third girl, Katherine said she would reorder it for me and I told her my address. She put thru the order, still at the wrong address and I am unable to cancel it. The 4th guy, Jorge said he would give all my info to a Supv and someone would call me back. 2 days later, still no call. Found a customer svc # to call, sat on hold for 35 min., Chelsey answered, I asked for a manager so she slapped me on hold and there I sat for another 25 min. I can't believe the crappy customer service this place provides and will never order from them again. I'm glad someone at the address their sending it to is getting some nice stuff.!!! MORONS!"

"Signed up for membership promotion e gift card.Never received.Customer service said sent.It was never received or used,They said can't resend.That was only reason I joined was for promo.Going to stick with Cosco.They have great customer service. Sam Walton would be very disappointed in their customer service.I don't understand why they can't resend"

Shopping at Costco From Now On

"I ordered 4 cases of water online, at the 27th and Superior store, with a pickup time between 10 and 11 the next morning. The 4 cases were in my cart, I was able to check out and pay, and got a confirmation email with an order number. The next morning, when I hadn't heard anything from Sam's Club about picking up my order, I contacted the store and was told that they were out of water. When I asked - how could I load my cart, check out and actually pay for my items? the manager I talked to didn't have any answer for me. The City of Lincoln is on mandatory water restrictions, hence my order, so I'm thinking my "purchased" water was allowed to be purchased by someone else. If I can't trust the store to honor my online purchases, then apparently that store doesn't want my business. Costco is getting my business from now on."

Sam's Club has the WORST Customer Service

"Sam's Club has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was a member for 26 years and their customer service went down the drain the past couple of years. I joined Costco and what a difference! Save yourself some misery and join Costco instead."

False advertising

"I purchased an iphone 8 on line over two months ago. When I purchased the phone there was a Sams promotion going on that upon activation, you would receive 150.00 gift card. Needless to say, I have not received my gift card. I started to call the 800 number - which is the only avenue offered by Sams club to resolve an issue. Two months later and 8 calls with different representatives telling me something different, I still do not have my gift card. My only recourse at this time is to write a detailed letter of every phone call/who I spoke with and send it out to their executive team. I also decided to share my experience with every potential buyer so they do not have to go through the same experience I have. In this day and age, how is a company allowed to falsely advertise a promotion to a consumer and not follow through? Shame on me for not looking at their ratings prior to purchase, BBB they are rated a C-, this site one star - never thought a large company like this would misrepresent a promotion without consequence. I will continue to post through every social media site to warn consumers of their business practice. Shame on you Sam's Club. "

Slip and fall and they will not take responsibility

"My sister slipped and fell in their store because there was liquid on the floor.She has a torn hamstring and a chipped bone, she needs an MRI and will have to take time off of work. Sams has the whole incident on camera and say they are not liable. What an irresponsible company!!!"

a series of errors

"First, I will tell you what I am sure of. I ordered a cabinet from them online. When I received it, it was a different cabinet from the one on their website. I called for a refund or exchange. The agent suggested that I return it to my local club. My local club closed five months ago and the nearest club is now 70 miles away. I explained that to the agent, who then arranged for a Fedex Ground return label. I also told her that I could not find the item I received on their website at all. She told me that Fedex Ground would pick up the cabinet the next day. She told me that they would issue a refund. She emailed me that return label. I packed the cabinet up and placed the label on the package. While I was speaking to the agent, which took more than an hour, I examined the package. The packing list showed my address in Syracuse, NY. But there was a shipping label on the package for Madison, AL. After waiting four days for Fedex Ground to pick up the cabinet, I put the large cabinet in my small car and brought it to a Fedex location. I have received an email from Sam's Club indicating that they have issued a refund. I am now waiting for my credit card statement to see whether they did. Now I will tell you what I believe happened. Sam's Club ordered an item. It may have been a different item than they planned to order. Or their supplier may have sent the wrong item. Or Sam's Club may have planned to change their website to reflect what the item actually was, and not done so. In any event, they shipped it to the customer in Alabama, who returned it. When it came back, again they did not check it against the website. And the wrong item made another trip to me. Finally, I will tell you my plans. After 26 years as a member. I will let my membership lapse. They closed our local club. This latest order was incorrect. We recently moved from Plattsburgh, NY. Two club trips ago to the Plattsburgh club, I had to return the merchandise as defective. Sam's Club has had three strikes. I am declaring them out."
