These guys are my B team for when Bulk Reef Supply doesn't have something in stock that I need.

"I'd say more like the D team, they don't even compare to a company like BRS. I have only a handful of orders from them but I can't remember a single one that actually turned out correct. My latest order I decided to give them a chance and they literally forgot the most important piece to the order.

They couldn't hack it as my B team, I am literally going to utilize random eBay members when BRS is not an option and that's sad.

These guys don't have a clue about customer service

"Ordered a product which was sent first class USPS but apparently underpaid postage. When the postman attempted to deliver I would have been required to pay an additional $10 to receive my item or I could opt for USPS to return to sender (Which I did). I contacted the company about the issue they basically said well if we get it back we will give you a refund. No apologies for the mishap, no ownership taken for the poor service. I finally got a refund after following up with updated tracking stating that it had been returned to sender. "

ALways done me great

"I have bought a lot from them and there has been a couple of things that had issues. Both times they got back to me fast and all I had to do was take a picture showing the problem and they got a new one in the mail and a return label to send old one back. Never had a issue what so ever. I even won a tank from them during their tank give away in the month of Nov. This will be the only store that i deal with from now on after I had a huge issue with brs over something I bought from them. saltwater will even start carrying thing that you use if you talk to them about it. they will look into it and bring it in if they can. They have done that for me over a couple of things. Im very glad they are here to help and take care of me. They have even give me info on things I have not bought from them. Who in the world will do that? If you dont buy things from them then you have to go to that place or you're on your own. Give them a try and enjoy your reef!!! thanks"

Doesnt honor expedited replacement for broken tank.

"Bought a glass aquarium, it arrived broken. Made me go through warranty to get a replacement. Took over a month. Alwayd had an excuse and the email chain to get a replacement was over 30 emails long and it took more than a month to get a working tank while they refused a refund. Never again. I'd give them negatibe stars if I could. "

Repeat customer. used $50 in points to buy a dosing pump that was defective. They will refund my money but not points.

"I started relationship with them to be loyal customer and earn 5% points. Turns out if you return an item, even defective, the DO NOT GIVE YOU BACK POINTS USED. Therefore i get no benefit for being a loyal customer. So clearly that's the last time i shop with these guys. marinedepot bulkreefsupply aquacave all have much better service. This place uses a generic call center that knows nothing. Its probably a guy in his basement selling online.

"I had two very frustrating product issues that were due to something the manufacturer had done and in both cases saltwateraquarium.com customer service went above and beyond to fix my issues and make me happy, and in lightning fast time! Really glad I discoverd this store!!!"

We need to do some work on the shipping portion of the website.

"I ordered 4 boxes of Caribsea Life Rock on 6/6/2016. The website said Free 2 day shipping. My order confirmation also said Free 2 day shipping. Today I looked up the tracking number and the delivery date is now 6/13/2016. Mr. Brown the owner told me in an email, not a phone call like companies with GREAT customer service do. 2 day shipping wasn't an option for my order. I sent him a copy of my order where it said Free 2 day shipping and that's when I got the last email. "Yes I'm sorry about that. We need to do some work on the shipping portion of the website. Thanks for bringing this to our attention."

Last time I order from here. Our clients and all of our followers on our YouTube Channel will also hear about this.
