"I ordered a book on March 12th and received email confirmation that it was received. As of 03/31/10 it has not been delivered. When I check the status it says "shipped". Two emails were not answere and phone number on site is disconnected. Will not buy from again!"

"This is the worst internet company I have ever delt with (and I have delt with alot). I ordered a full set of Harry Potter books on March 4th 2010. As of today March 26th I have not received anything and I mean anything....no return email, no return phone calls, all chats are offline at this time and now when I call the mailbox is full and they can't take my message. What is up with this? This was charged to my cc the next day.....Do not deal with this company....it is not worth the headache to try to save just a few dollars! What will it take to talk to someone frome this company?"

"Ordered the book on Feb.24/10 and I was told it shipped on Feb.26/10. Today is Mar.22/10 and still no book. When I inquired on Mar.8/10 I was told to expect it between Mar.10-12/10. Unless it was shipped via Beijing it has either been lost in mail or was never shipped as stated. They have billed my credit card though...of course. If you want the book you have ordered before you die of natural causes and if you don't want to have to deal with getting a credit or posting a dispute with your credit card company I would avoid SaleEater at any cost!!"

"I have not received my order. I e-mailed company several times and phoned company several times. Today when I phoned company it said their mail box was full. Have they gone belly up? I will have to contact my credit card company to go after them for a refund. They are quick in charging you but not quick or ever in sending the product. I will not deal with this company again and I will warn others about this company."

"BEWARE!
I ordered a game on March 3 and I haven't received it and I don't think I will.
These people wont answer my emails or return phone calls.
Google checkout no longer allow this seller to process orders with them.
I wont waste another minute trying to get an answer from SaleEater. I contacted my bank to request a chargeback!

"I ordered a pckage on the date of March 1st 2010. It is now March 18th. I Still have not recieved my package. I have tried to contact saleeater several times. They refuse to contact me back. Saleeater has taken my money but will not let me know anything. I advise everyone who thinks about using saleeater to thoroughly think it through. They will still your money. If anyone knows a way I can contact this company to find out how to at least get my money back to please contact me."

"Ordered merchandise 2/20/10, received acknowledgement and credit card billed on 2/23/10. On 3/4/10 I emailed because item not received and no way to track order on site. Jake wrote back stating item would be tracked or replace via expedited shipping. On 3/9/10 I emailed again and Kathryn replied the rep handling my "order" processed a replacement order to ship that day. I have still not received it as of 3/17/10. I have written twice since 3/9 but have had no response. Their phone is only an answering machine and their "live chat" is always offline. These people appear to be dishonest. I would not recommend them. I am trying to discover who owns the business but am having no success.

Updated on March 26th, 2010. No response of any kind from this company in spite of daily emails to ****@**** as well as to ****@**** who is listed on my credit card statement as the biller. In light of the many similar unresolved complaints I have seen I can only conclude that someone needs to take these unprincipled people to court. I believe they are banking on the fact that nobody will sue them for $28.

Update 4-7-2010. The saleeater.com web site is now down and email to their ****@**** is bouncing. Looks like they have not only taken our money...they now have no intention of filling our orders. I am trying to discover the owners' names and addresses but everything seems to be well concealed.

"Good customer service should be recognized here. My order arrived with a missing item. I called them to see what could be done. They said they would ship the remaining item out to me overnight since the error was on them. Luckily I called before their shipments went out for the day. My missing item delivered the following day. I like how they handle matters with the customer in mind."

"I order on 2/23/10 and I have still not received my order. I contacted Saleeater.com and they said it was shipped on 2/25/10 I should recieve it by 3/9-11th.The email said they send a email and that it may have gone to my junk mail box. I checked there, nothing. I still have not received my order and they are not responding to my emails. They did not even give me a tracking number. I would never order from this company again. "

" I would like to thank resellerratings.com for their place here on the web. If I hadn't placed this review or rating I don't believe I would have received the products that I purchased, nor would I have heard from SaleEater.com, so, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
I did receive my items today, the 15th of March. Thank you Sandra for pushing my order through, although it looks like you have a lot more work to do. One shouldn't have to go to these extremes to get something they payed hard earned money for.
Sandra, I know you wanted me to "change my review as discussed", but I shouldn't have to "make another deal" just to get a product that I already payed for, and then waited over a month to receive. Not to mention all the posting I had to do to get your attention.
Maybe I should wait the same amount of time I had to wait for my products, before I change the rating. I think that's fair, don't you?

I placed an order on Feb 5 2010 and OVER a MONTH later, still no products in my mail.
I have NEVER dealt with a company such as this on line before. These guys, (or, AHEM! "Jake") are the worst in customer service;
No answer to REPEATED e-mails,
no return phone calls (just an automated phone recording; even for the so called shipping department,
no "on line support" and no Live Help - always "offline".
I was contacted after a MONTH by "Jake" telling me that UPS returned my package to him dammaged and he would send a replacement with "expedited shipping" but still to date, March 13, NO PACKAGE and no communication from these guys!!
IM OUT $62.00!!
WATCH YOUR WALLET WITH THIS GUY!! Ive seen other reviews with the same complaint, I just wish I would have checked first. Live and learn. :(
