Don't bother - $14.99 shipping fee and $9.99 to return same item if necessary!

"$14.99 for shipping a lightweight dress?? I ordered a summer dress and the email confirmation said that it was available. The really sad part is that they require $14.99 for shipping (for a $63 dress), which I reluctantly agreed to. 5 days later, while waiting for the dress to arrive or confirmation that it had shipped, I looked up the order and find out that what was available when purchased was now sold out! I called the company to find out the story and they really didn't have one. They couldn't explain why it was available when I ordered it and why I was never notified that it was sold out. I also complained about the shipping charge and they agreed that it was pretty outrageous, but they said they had a large customer base who paid the shipping fee and that was how they made their money!! I asked what it would cost if I had managed to get the dress and it didn't fit and had to return it - they said it would cost an additional $9.99! Ironically, I live in Massachusetts and the Sahalie address on their email is only about 10 miles from my house! "

Fraudulent company?

"Wretched customer service, I'm not even sure this is a valid company. Ordered clothing 8 days ago, got an email right after order saying they've received it - then no other communication again. Clothing was supposed to arrive within 4-8 days. I have called every day for the last 3 days to try to get the order to process as when I look on line it just says it's "in progress". No progress - no emails, no communication, and no clothes and strange excuses like it was held up for a few days since it was more than a few hundred dollars, that the shipping address was different than billing (abbreviation vs spelled out) etc. and everything was excuses about trying to prevent identity theft. Was told supervisors were very busy (I can see why!). Seems like they have very poor software systems and processes - might explain all the problems they are having with identity theft that somehow relate to delaying my order for a week? I wish I'd read these reviews first - sounds like this may indeed be some kind of fraudulent company, I hate that my credit card information is in their systems."

"Sahalie is a HORRIBLE company! They will scam you with their Rewards Program. I (and many others) was charged $14.95 a month for a Rewards program I never signed up for. Watch out!!"

"Poor customer service. They sent my item to the wrong address and refuse to change it. I had to get my item at the post office since I wasn't home to receive it. I wanted it shipped to my work place and they couldn't change it even though I just submitted my order. I then wanted the whole order cancelled and they refused. I really will not be coming back."

"I ordered Christmas gifts and now find a recurring $14.95 charge on my credit card for their 'rewards' program. I tried emailing them, and it bounced back as undeliverable. I sat on hold for 10 + minutes and finally went to the credit card company to dispute the charges. I then signed into my Sahalie account to take the credit card off, and guess what? There's no place to do that!!!!!!!!!!! I'm thinking seriously of writing to my Attorney General. "

"I was excited to find a rain coat that I liked from this site on sale and ordered it on Monday, January 18, and paid for next day shipping. But, unfortunately, it's now Friday, January 22, and it STILL has yet to arrive. My experience so far with this company has been disappointing. I tried to check the order status, but that function on the site isn't working, so who knows what's going on...I wish I had ordered this item from amazon instead. "
