THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

"This place is trash. The customer service experience is the worst ever. Most of your packages won't be received. And oh yea, they will keep your money. Not sure how they have stayed in business this long. Check reviews on any site, and you'll see terrible ratings. I placed four orders with them, online, in the last 30 days, I only received one of my packages. They denied my refund, and when I asked why, they said it wasn't their problem This place is a JOKE, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!"

Do not shop there

"DO NOT SHOP AT SAKS off 5th ( online )
I bought 7 items a week ago ( received only 3 items ) all 3 wrong items - the package says my name and address and inside the package. The invoice has someone else’s name and order, I called to let them know so I can ship back this order and ask them to send me my items. - Customer service is very rude and not let me talk, she was speaking the whole time and cutting me off

they cannot send my items but they can give me a refund 15 days after I take the wrong items to the USPS store

the rest of my shipment is coming in 10 to 17 days which did not say that when I made the order

-I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was put on hold for 42 minutes and did not get to speak to one because they are extremely busy, I bet a lot of people are complaining about the horrible customer service

I was upset and told them that I want the whole order to be refunded and I do not want any of the other items/but of course customer service told me that cannot because the items are in process even though they’re not shipped yet/still in process
My advice is stay away from this horrible company and customer service, however, I’ve always had good experiences at this store, but will never ever shop online even if they have 90% off

"Ordered from Saksoff5th.com and I never received the item. They said it was delivered in the mailbox, but how can that be when it’s a pair if shoes. I bought it due to the huge discount and my credit card was charged already. If the deal is really too good to be true, don’t purchase an item, it’s definitely a scam. will never let myself be fooled again"

WORST RETAILER ON THE PLANET!

"Bought a Saks branded bolo bracelet for my wife that broke first time she wore it. After hours on the phone with their foreign customer service "supervisors" and Saks returning the item to me twice without any notice or refund from their ALL MIGHTY distribution center that has the power to make decisions on whether they'll accept a return, I finally disputed with Citibank. Also, Saks has the gall to charge $10 for the privilege of returning their Chinese made garbage which they will put under scrutiny and render their decision whether to bless you with a refund. Go to Nordstrom, Niemann, Bloomingdales, Macys, or any other retailer EXCEPT Saks!"

HORRIBLE!!!!

"Bought some expensive items online. They took a month to be delivered, and when they finally delivered them, the most expensive one was missing. When I called customer service they use the excuse of their shipping provider BORDERFREE not to refund me. Apparently, they accused boderfree to have retained my item. Although they promise many times to reach out to borderfree then me for an update, here I am 5 months later with zero news of my money or my item. Buyers beware!!! If you decide to buy online with them, your loss will be YOUR LOSS!!!"

BUYER BEWARE.

"Will not buy from here again. BUYER BEWARE. Their customer service is outsourced to India or somewhere. They use a 3rd party shipper who opens boxes and removes contents and they will not back this up and make it right. I wish I had come and read all the comments on their FB page before I ordered. 3 calls "I'm so sorry, I'll submit a claim for you", 3 "I'm so sorry, I'll expedite this claim for you" 3 "I'm so sorry, your request has been denied" Order 113473325 $355 I'm out. Item lost and incomplete purchase

"I had 2 problems in a row with Saks 5th off. The first was that they lost an item (carrier never received it) and need days of investigation before refunding me. The second one was that I put 2 items in my cart and applied a discount coupon. I confirmed my purchase. When I received a copy of the order by email, only one item was there and with no discount. The detail is that I only purchased this one to reach the discount value. I had no real interest in it. I called immediately to cancel the order, but they said they could do nothing about it as the item had been shipped. Obviously, they lied as this happened on a Saturday evening and I was given no tracking number yet. "

Horrible customer service!

"I have bought blouse back in January . Since it was so small I returned it. Saks got my return on January 22nd . Till now they didn’t issue refund. It’s benn more than 3 months. I called number of times. They constantly lie and telling me that it takes 2 business days to see a refund on account. I tried even talking to supervisor. They just hang up on me. I will be taking them to small claim court. They are horrible thieves. I never had an issue like that. I shop always online. Returns have been easy. SAKS OFF5th horrible. DON’T TRUST THEM! CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE!!THEY DON’T DESERVE BUSINESS!"

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

"If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Please DO NOT order anything from this merchant. I’ve had the most horrible experience ever. Terrible web pages. Even worse customer service

"I’m from Canada. I placed an order on SaksOff5th.com. After one month without receiving my order I wanted to check the status. First of all, for some reason there are 2 websites: SaksOff5th.com & Borderfree.com. I was taken to either one randomly for no reason. I signed in to both websites and went to the My Order page. I specified ‘Orders placed in the last 6 months’ and both sites told me I had no orders.

After 1 hour (1 hour! 60 minutes! With all other online purchase sites I use for over 15 years it always takes only 1 minute) I had to call customer service to ask why my order was not showing up. She had no ideas why, just kept telling me to do this and do that but nothing worked. After wasted another 15 minutes of my time she just HUNG UP ON ME! Don’t buy from SaksOff5th. They are terrible.
