"The web site promises free shipping, then after ordering they e-mail you to say that there is an oversize or overweight shipping charge. That information is totally hidden on their web site so that customers do not see it. Bad sales practice."

"Web site is very extensive and they have many parts available for bikes. There was a delay in getting my order out ((unclear why), but once out, it was delivered very promptly.
Would suggest a courtesy e-mail if there is greater than a 3 day (business days) delay for shipping out the door.
Will shop with them again in the future
