everytime I shop at any safeway I get ripped off

"Shopping at 3 dif stores in 2 dif states yeilds constant same bad results everyting I buy more than one thing, I have even been ripped off buy8ing the 10 pc. chicken deal (got 9) NOWHERE is safe. digial coupons NEVER fully honored, digital item specials NEVER found (in 3 store, 2 states, 3 weeks in a row) I had a printed ad paper with a specific sales price right there on the front page and they refused to honor it right there in the LONGVIEW, WA store in front of witnesses. That is also one of the stores that rripped me off on coupons numerous times.
Needless to say that is the last time I buy more than one thing at any safeway, there are other stores that do not rip me off, like WINCO.

"Safeway.com is terrible. The store employees constantly substitute random items. I've had orders with substitutions that I've explicitly said no substitutions for. I've gone to the store that same day and seen the item I ordered on the shelf in plenty. The employees don't even try to get the orders correct.

The drivers call to arrive early (HOURS in advance of the delivery time) and then they cancel your order for not picking up (for instance, when you're at work at 5pm and the order isn't supposed to be delivered until 8pm). I've never, ever had such terrible experiences with ANY online retailer.

The worst part of the process is the unreachable customer support. No company should have a 1+ hour wait time at 7pm on a Friday night. It's terrible at all hours of the day and I can't recommend anyone ever use safeway.com. How can any corporation be this poor to their customers?

"Beware coupon users!

Safeway.com has a very scant selection of offers, often these offers are really poor or are for obscure items. Their selection of coupons are very limited.

There is another place I go for coupons from the manufacturer called coupons.com, and I will get them directly from the manufacturer's website. A Safeway employee refused a printed manufacturer's coupon printed from coupons.com These coupons were never rejected before, but this employee at the store didn't understand where they were from and suggested I was attempting to pass off phony coupons to steal merchandise. I've been using coupons like these for years and this was never a problem. This person was extremely unhelpful and treated me suspiciously.

It is ridiculous, but I am uncomfortable returning to a store that thinks I'm committing fraud.

"Please reassure me discrimination from a Safeway employee is illegal?! Very appalled by Adams customer service. Started when I sent my younge homeless relative $10.00 to make it to a mission for the night, my relative started to be impatient as he had to wait an hour and a half when it takes only thirty minutes..He needed the $ before 7:30 to get in the shelter. He was calling me to see if I figured out why it wasn't working. (I paid cash, put a sercurity Q and answer and EVERYTHING need be) Needless to say the woman refused to give him his $ because of his apperance. She said all the info was correct but she still will not give him the $. I asked to talk to supervisor "Adam" and he told me my brother looks like he's on drugs and is causing his store to lose out on $ because he is asking ppl by customer service to use their cell phones to call me. My brother is not on drugs I would be the first to know since our relationship is close. (This is going to go deep but our mother abused drugs and we absolutly dissagree with them since this is the reason why he is homeless in the first place. He was kicked out.) Adam called the cops on him for asking people for phones and now he is sitting in jail for "haraasment". Again, Adam says asking people for cell phones in his store is harassing cutomers. Hopefully i'm not crazy and people agree this is unlawfully.

"I just recently placed the order and they have delivered my order but one of the item was back but they never mentioned in my confirmation e-mail. Another item I ordered was also never delivered and I called the customer service and they told me it will take 6-8 weeks but they have already charged me for it."
