"when I hadn't received an email with confirmation or tracking info but, my card had already been charged I contacted them via online chat. I was told repeatedly it was because I never entered my email address, except..... THERE IT IS UNDER MY CONTACT INFO. I then was told I need to enter it every time I buy something at checkout....UH NO. After I log into my account there is not any other place that asks for my email address. The prices are good, but they need to get organized and DON'T MAKE UP ANSWERS IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER. help me get the info I never received and move on"

"I made an order in mid January and it never came on the date it said it would. I emailed Safety Girl and they said it was backordered and on it's way. I still didn't recieve anything afterna few weeks so I emailed them again and I still haven't heard back via email or received my order. Even when I check the status it's said shipped since the last email when they mentioned it was backordered. This is by far my worst experience with ordering online. "

"I like Safety Girl! They had good prices and the shipping was very quick! However, I have to say one out of the two pen pepper sprays I bought, had much too tight of cap. It should be secure but this was extremely tight, so much so that it was almost impossible to take off the cap in order to test fire. The other one I ordered was satisfactory though, and so overall, I give this 4 stars."
