"I ordered 2 Maxtrox M9188 graphics adapters. I was leary when they told me the card had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. However, all my worries were put to rest. the helpful staff proved themselves to be trustworthy and honest. The products were delivered in a timely fashion and at a great price. No need to worry about ordering from Safe Harbor as they have proved themselves true to their name. Thanks guys :)"

"My order was screwed up, shipping info was not taken correctly when my CC company declined the charge in the first attempt. I requested two day and it was never changed. seems priority customer service is not there specialty. Warning is case you dont read the disclosure if you return an item even if its wrong you will be charged 3%, the reason is the so called charge back from MC. i contacted my CC about this and they told me they do not do that, i have a business with CC and i never heard or been charged that. just an FYI. one other thing the prices on items may be less then the other internet sites but the shipping fees are about 25% or more higher. do yourself a check, you find something on Safe Harbor price it out on another on line store and see what the shipping rate is...you will be surprised. my comments are based on facts that the average shopper can verify on there own. my comments are not slanderous and are factual..."

"Safe Harbor is an excellent on-line software store. It eased my worries when I purchased my Final Cut Pro 7 software - right before Apple pulled it from the store shelves for good. Their company wrote me a detailed email explaining every step of the way, what to expect if and when my transaction was complete. They also assured me they wouldn't charge my card until I received my order. That is a company I enjoy doing business with - and will advise other to place orders with also.

"Before you buy, make sure that you read shipping information. They will make you believe that you will save money, by buying from their store, but you may be surprised in a bad way. I paid $ 47.00 for overnight shipping (which initially showed only about $21.00). When iI called the next day at 2:00pm to find out about tracking information they told me that order will ship out today (next day) because it came at 3:33pm(Thursday), day before, so it was still in their office(Friday), because fedex picks up at 3:00pm and they don't do Saturday so I will have it by Monday and if I want Saturday delivery I have to pay additional $12.00 (as per Cindy in the shipping department) Meanwhile their website says, that orders placed before 3:30pm will ship on the same day,even though, Fedex is there at 3:00pm. So now it will cost me $57.00, because of 3 minutes... So much for " Your shipping satisfaction is our goal"... "

"I contacted Safe Harbor at the end of the day. All the shipping was completed for the day. The sales rep, Jeff, took my order, processed it and personally dropped the box off at Fed Ex. I receved the card, which I was in dire need of, the next morning. Beside the prices being one of the best on the web, the service was exceptional. I will order from Safe Harbor in the future."

Getting personal tech support is very rare these days especially from someone who is an expert in the field. I upgraded my Adobe software with Safe Harbor and saved over $100. Then I received additional email links for even more help. I am very pleased with the help and service that I received from them! "

"I've purchased three fantastic hard drives from Safe Harbor, and they've all arrived quickly, very well packaged, and I've been very happy with the products. I called customer service to ask questions a couple times, and both times spoke with a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. You get a human on the line from the get-go, no waiting on hold or pushing buttons to get someone, which I really appreciate. The prices and shipping costs are fairly low compared to the competition. Highly recommended."

"I have made several orders from Safe Harbor. Big ticket items and just small stuff. the prices are either the lowest or close to it. Shipping rates are reasonable if not free. They gave a good selection of electronics, computer, video and music production. Their communication is always good."

"Safe Harbor's ability to follow through in processing your order needs room for improvement. I was promised to get an email online link for a training video immediately after payment. Safe Harbor called me and left a message wanting to confirm purchase by credit card. They answered my return call right away. It however took many phone calls throughout the day until someone finally answered my email complaint of not receiving my download. The answer I got was "that's another department's responsible and they will look into it". It took two business days until I got the problem rectified which would not have happened if I didn't push the issue. No one seemed to care about my customer satisfaction as long as they got my money. They were very diligent and attentive selling the product . I will probably not purchase from Safe Harbor again."

"Excellent in every respect ... esp. with followup post-sales support, documentation, etc. And extremely competitive on price. I purchased a full Tsunami system with MX02 breakout, and complete Adobe CS5 suite. The instructional package is first class -- both Safe Harbor and Lynda. Highly recommended."
