"SafeTek USA worked great for me! I am really not sure why everyone has had so much issue with them. I would imagine it's like any other business, you have a few unhappy customers and they make it look horrible. "
"Safetek USA is a scam company. You will not receive your order and you will not get a phone call. Instead of trying to get your money back by calling, you need to file a report with your bank and the local authorities where the company is based. I believe that it is now in Alaska. "
"Ordered an item and it never shipped. No response to email or phone calls - there is only voicemail. Finally got a response via email saying the item was canceled. 6 weeks and still no response or refund. It blows my mind how this company is even in business. Do not order from them."
"I placed an order in 3/10/11 and never got it. Left multiple voice messages and notes on my online order without response. I see other folks have had success and I envy them because my experience has been painful.
At this point I'm just trying to get my money back but they won't answer my calls or notes.

"Horrible service. Try calling their 800 number before you buy via the web and see their customer service level. I ordered a part that was in stock 2 weeks ago and my order still comes up as unprocessed. I have called them 8 times at various times throughout the day on different days and everytime all their CSR's are busy and the system kicks me out. I have left 2 voice mails and they have not responded. I have also sent 2 e-mails to the person who confirmed my order as well as contacting them though their website response form. I will not deal with this company again."
"We have ordered our products from them in the past and continue to use them without issue. (approx $15k annually) The only thing I would suggest to them is that they start selling oils and lubricants. Then we could get all our stuff from them!"

They had great pricing, but when trying to followup on the order, encountered "phone system problems," requiring all contact to be made through email. Well, email was not responded to. "Having never purchased from SafeTek USA before, I was wondering what kind of experience I would have. They have over a million items (from what their website says). All the items I needed except 1 were in stock. Everything got here 3 days later, and no spam junkmails after the order which is nice. By far the best prices I have found for my businesses industrial/safety/janitorial supplies. Hope this helps someone...cheers!"
