"The queen pillow is to “thick” for my head
Being 5’2” I have a small frame and this pillow makes my neck pitch at a funny angel. saatva called me and offered a possible solution
They sent me a new “innard/ stuffing”for the pillow case with less stuffing ..(prob a bit more than half )
I took the thick one out and put the smaller one in.
Allll most works but it’s now too “thin”, I did ball it up and place under my head and it was comfee but a little more “fill”
And it wouldn’t be perfect. Want to give a few mores days ( it’s only been 3) to see how it will work
Good news is refundable up to 45 days after purchase. Saatva is a great customer service company from my experience on this and a mattress I bought in 2015.
