"Nothing close to real time product availability notices. You order some items that for all intents and purposes appears to be in stock, than a couple days later they let you know its backordered. A call to them gets you nothing. Leaves you with the job of contacting the actual manufacturer to confirm availability and maybe cancelling your order with SWFA and ordering through the Mfg. (Seekins).
SWFA was always great for optics. I think they have over stepped their business plan by their broad product expansion.

"Paid 450$ for the scope. Was using a basic 200$ 3x9x40 leupold vx1 for 10 years. The swfa scope has fisheye at low zoom, leupold doesn't. Scope is 30mm so I thought that meant more light, bigger FOV. Well it doesn't. It means it's heavier and you can't use 1" rings. The 200$ leupold gathers more light so u can hunt longer at night. The swfa has a GREAT reticle. Probably why I bought the scope. If only leupold would put good Reticles on their 3x9s...
Swfa 3x15x42 has a eyepiece focus that is nothing but disasterous. You have to adjust the eyepiece for each magnification change. A feature that seems like it would be on a China scope. You also have to adjust the side "parallax" or whatever. Leupold didn't have either of those features. Don't get a scope with left side turret parallel adjustment. Don't get a scope with an eyepiece focus. Those 2 things will slow you down and make u miss out on shots. The swfa eyepiece focus also wiggles and moves the whole FOV and reticle. Never have I seen any scope like that. I'm pretty sure if you wiggle the eyepiece it actually moves the zero. Very junky. I wanted to return the scope to SWFA but if you read close, their warrant says u have 10 days and u can't put the scope in rings or u can't return it. Now I have a 450$ scope that is worse than my 200$ leupold that got stolen. SWFA has fast shipping "
