"Got myself an X52 off STI America. It came quickly and without any hiccups. It was a great deal and just what I was looking to step up to after my AV8R went out of whack for good last month. If I'd bought it any place else I would payed nearly 20 bucks more once shipping was added in and these days my joystick budget is pretty thin what with the economic meltdown and all. I'd do business with them again."
"Buyer BEWARE.
Do not buy from this site. I placed an order at the end of December 2009, and after several weeks of not receiving it, I called and it turns out they didn't even have it in stock. Of course, they had already charged my card, so I asked them to cancel my order and get a refund.
It is now February and I have yet to get my money back. I have heard some shady excuse about how they "changed banks" and so they couldn't credit back to my account and so they are going to send a cashier's check for the amount instead. Well, it's been almost 2 weeks since I heard THAT, and I have yet to see any check arrive at my door.
Now, every time I try to call, no one answers and I'm sent to voice mail.
Not sure what step to take next, but at least hopefully I can warn a few people before they make the mistake of buying here.

I have sent them emails with no response from them as to why it has been a month and I still don't have my order.
This is a terrible way to do business and I will not recomend them to anyone nor will I do business with them again.
There are to many good businesses that actually want to do well to do business with one that is so bad.

It is great because it supports all of my engineering software without slowing down. When I purchased the laptop I moved to Texas in the process from Louisiana and they were able to ship the laptop to me at the new location. "I am an junior undergraduate Computer Science major and this is the first laptop I have bought. It is a great laptop, and has made my academic, personal and financial life alot better. Having a quality laptop like this Acer has given me comfort in my academic life; it has allowed me to research, write papers and programs in the comfort of my home, at the time of my chosing.
Personally, I have been able to stay in touch with my family all over the world (Canada, USA, Rwanda) with ease, and that has brought me immense joy. I chatted with my brother, whom I have not seen in almost three years, and I was overjoyed to see him, and for him to see me, using my webcam.
Financially, I check my accounts at any time and almost everytime, you can imagine the peace that gives an undergrad student.
There is little that is as beautiful as watching movies on this laptop, the screen is amazing, the graphics are surreal, and the sound quality is the best.
I cannot thank Elwin Sellers for the help he provided as I was looking for a laptop. He met me at a place of my convenience. I met him once, but he is a genuinely good person, which made him trustworthy. I am generally skeptical of people who may gain from my purchasing products from them, but with him I felt like he was rendering me a service free.

"I work for Army ROTC, and we received extra money in our budget to purchase a scanner compatible with a military database. Since we already had one, I contacted Mr. Sellers to see what else was available. He asked about the needs of our office, and then suggested a multifunction printer.
We were told by our headquarters to purchase, for $630, a plain scanner! That seemed like a high price for just one function. Mr. Sellers, upon hearing this information, immediately got in touch with his suppliers to see what the prices were for multifunction printers.
When all was said and done, we were able to purchase TWO MFP's for the price of the one printer we were initially told to purchase. Now, not only do we have what we need for our host school, but our partnership school was able to receive an MFP as well.
Their service was prompt, and this entire transaction took all of 3 days. By the end of the same week, we had our printers! Mr. Sellers was helpful, professional, had impeccable customer service, and ensured Army ROTC was equipped with only the best. "
