"I placed an order with SPlus Direct on a Friday afternoon and chose overnight shipping as an option, paying an extra $30 for that convenience. At the latest, I expected the package to arrive the following Monday. Much to my dismay, when I checked the status of my order Monday morning, it was still processing. After sending an email to SPlus, I received a very cryptic unprofessional response:

Well you order on Friday but we left early on Friday, and we are off on weekend's.
So we are going to ship your item today and hopefully you will get it soon .
Thank You

At that point, I called for an explanation. Apparently SPlus business hours end at 2:00 on Fridays. Yet, there is no notification on their site or on the receipt of my order explaining why it would be delayed. Regardless, I did place my order before they closed since I am on EST and they are on CST. So for their incompetence and delay, I expected them to cover my shipping cost but they refused to do so.

At this point I canceled the order. They inconvenienced me and their customer service was atrocious. I only picked one star because no stars wasn't an option.

"When I was searching for a LCD monitor, I saw link - http://www.splusdirect.com/hp-pavilion-dv9000-17-black-lcd-display-bezel-432956-001 which looked as what I was looking for. I only realized that it was bezel when I got the shipment and SPLUS charged me $49.99 for a part that retail for $14 on the net elsewhere.

After many calls, they finally issued an RMA. I am fine sending the item at my cost, but be aware they charge 20% restocking fee. You are better off buying stuff from Tiger Direct, Amazone Marketplace or Newegg that don't have unreasonable restocking fees or restocking fees at all. Bad customer service too.

"I had ordered my dell laptop's parts. Completely satisfied with the products, the price and the awesome speed of shipping which was free. Got exactly what wanted in a totally reasonable price. "Didn't get what I ordered. Was never told they were out of stock on the part I needed, they just decided to ship me another COMPLETELY different part. The part they shipped was of no use to me. There website STILL says they have quantity (5) of the part I ordered and never got."

"Horrible experience!
I have had one experience with this company, and I will never do business with them. Their customer service department was less than helpful after cancelling my order FOUR days after learning of a mistake on their side even though they are supposed to ship within 1-2 days. Their website states "our customers are our first priority", but based on what I have experienced it is everything but their first priority.

"Mother Board shipped without Back Plate - Called to resolve - Was told back plate not included with order - they want 20% restocking charge for something I cannot use without plate. Asked to speak to manager - he was not available (wonder why)- Manage did not return call - SPLUS DIRCT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - STAY WITH AMAZON OR EBAY - AT LEAST THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS"
