"The RMA from Soyo is terrible,they will send U used items, I have an issue with a P4X400 Dragon Ultra Platinum, it got defective after a year of use so instead of spending $60 for a new one I thought it would be wise to send it to the factory for repair or replacement, if I got a replacement I should get a new one or something refurbished in good condition.....well, is not what u get from Soyo, they send me a used board with some bend pins and thermal paste all over the cpu socket.
Very disapointing.
