"These people are not real. Their non-toll free number is out of service and the toll free number goes to voicemail. The recording even says that this is a normal business practice for them. They also do not respond to email queries. My credit card was charged the day I ordered and 5 weeks later I have received nothing. Went to my CC company and they will remedy the problem. Do not buy from SJ Telecomm."

"Horrible service. No one answers the phones. They did not ship for 2 weeks after I ordered a simple item. I am guessing they don't have anything in stock but order it from China and then resell. I received the "order has shipped" with tracking information (after multiple requests) the same day as I received the order. Horrible customer service. Took 12 days to get the order from Ohio to Illinois. "

"Terrible! Ordered headset in early December. Got an email a week later that said it would arrive on Dec. 26th....okay, not in time for xmas but fine. It's January 23rd and I check every week and I'm always told it will ship next week. I finally cancelled my order today. Worst part - they charged me in early December and have been holding my money hostage!"

"Horrible! I ordered items that were in stock according to the web site on December 8th. Did receive a prompt order confirmation. Didn't hear anything after a week so I emailed them; received a reply that the items would ship before the end of the month. Today is January 3; no product. Emailed again and said if the items weren't already shipped, cancel my order. I did receive confirmation that the order was cancelled.

Sorry for the delay in contacting you, we were verifying our stock and determined that we have 7 of the item you ordered available, then we can not fulfill this item any longer. The replacement is the DCS-5605 and the cost on that is $794.25 each, but we can do a discounted rate of $750 each. Please advise how you prefer to proceed. We can fulfill the 7, or we can do the 7 plus the remainder in the replacement. Let us know either way and we will get you an updated invoice for you to approve, or more information on that replacement item if needed.

Ok. One more issue, on the original 7 we would need to adjust the cost on those to $660 each due to having to use an alternate vendor to source this. This is essentially our break even cost, so let us know if you agree to these terms. We can do the total order for 7 for a cost of $4636.95(includes the 16.95 shipping).
We will await your final approval, then proceed accordingly. Sorry for these issues!

I ordered 16 originally from your website. You let me know that you would not be able to honor those 16 and let me know that you had 7 at a cost of $614. I agreed to that. Now you tell me the price is going up $45.58 for a total of $319.06 more? You should send me the cameras I agreed to purchase at the price you quoted me. Your website is still offering them for the $614.42 and it says you have them in stock.

"My worst online shopping experience. They checkout process automatically adds an exorbitant shipping price to your order without showing you the cost first. Then a week goes by without a shipping notification, so I email them to ask what's up. 2 days later I got a reply saying the product would take another week to ship. "BAD COMMUNICATIONS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO LIVE PHONE.
I placed an order for some telecom parts through their yahoo merchant store. Even through the store sent an automatic response indicating order receipt and a URL for status, the status never changed.

Over the course of the next five days I sent emails and left phone messages trying to get status on the order. I finally gave up and had my credit card company stop payment.

"Ordered phones and was told they would ship. They never did...contacted the company and was told YES, they are in stock & will ship by end of week. Still didn't receive them. Contacted them again (btw..they don't answer their phones...EVER) and was told they were not in stock and would probably ship out by end of week. "The had a great deal listed on their website, which was listed as being in stock. So I ordered. The next day, they emailed me, saying they couldn't sell it to me for the price on my invoice, but they could sell it to me for significantly more. When I asked why they couldn't sell it to me for the price listed on their website, they didn't respond.

Today, several days later, the original (cheaper) price is still listed on their website and it still shows the item as being in stock. This is what I call a scam, or more commonly, bait and switch.
