Great Customer Service!!

"I thought I was sent the wrong item, but it turned out being the right one. They had already given me a refund for it and I wanted to pay them back, but they told me to have a great day. The customer service was really easy to talk to and responded promptly!"

Keep The Babysitter Charged!

"The Samsung charging cable and 30 pin plug is good for about three years. I use the tablet to teach and entertain my handicapped grandson. The cord attaches securely and is delicate to unplug. I purchased three extra cords to continue to "keep it charged". The product was sent and was received in a couple of days in new packaging. SF Planet has a good inventory for replacing parts to keep things running."

"Ordered once via eBay and twice via Amazon - I use Fosmon cases as they are a good alternative to expensive brands like Otterbox. Shipping time was reasonable and the cases are still in good condition today."

"I ordered the Fosmon battery pack combo for the GoPro3 plus, the one with the three batteries and the wall and car charger. But when it arrived there were only two batteries in the envelope (plus the wall/car charger). So I called their customer service and the women said "sorry for the omission". So here is what I'm thinking. they deliberately short you one battery so if you don't call they get away with shipping only two batteries. Another reviewer on the Best Buy web site said it happened to him too. "

"Through ebay I ordered a product on 9-24-2014 and paid as soon as I completed the order. They had my money through paypal. They said they emailed me on 9-25 to verify my shipping address. I did not get an email from them concerning this. Then they threw the blame on me for not shipping and I had to get nasty to get a refund a week later. I think what actually happened was they didn't have the product I ordered and wouldn't admit it so they threw the blame on me. If you like cheated, let them use your money for a few days, be lied too and get the general run around, do business with SF Planet. Also beware they use other names besides SF Planet on ebay. Look for an address of St. Paul Minnesota as the shipping point and more than likely that's SF Planet. I will never do business with these unethical people again!!!!"

"We purchased an item on ebay and after much patience never received it or a shipping confirmation. After the first few weeks of being patience, we were told they reshipped. The information we received upon calling customer service contradicted what we had been told in email -- where we were given a UPS tracking number (that didn't work) in email and then on the phone for customer service a DHL tracking number that didn't work. The delay tactics keep a busy, cooperative and laid back customer delayed until the time frame where ebay can step in has passed. Lesson learned and we will not be laid back in the future. In the meantime, I think there are other companies people can better do business with who can professionally handle your order, delivery, and basics of internet shopping. The customer service was not at all reassuring and the lack of information and attention from a superior just sealed the impression that we were ripped off. "

"I would not order from SF Planet if I were you and will not ever again. I ordered a pair of running headphones on March 25th. I was staying away in Maine for work for a month and put the right street address and zip but the wrong city. I contacted the customer service department within 30 minutes of placing my order and again the next day. I didn't hear from them until after the product had shipped. They said the package should get to me because it had the right zip. I waited. A few weeks later, no package. I contacted them. They said DHL said the package had been received. They said to return the package once I get it. A month passed since ordering, nothing. They said they'd contact DHL. Weeks passed by again, no communication from them whatsoever. They said that I needed to file a claim with DHL. So I do through SF Planet. It's the middle of May. They said the claim should be processed in 3-4 weeks. I hear nothing for over six weeks. I contacted them recently and they say that they are waiting for the initial package, mailed out in early April, to be returned. I feel like they have stolen my money and are just trying to send me through loop holes to keep my $133. Which is crazy because although it's a lot for me, it's nothing for them. Again, I would NEVER order from them. "

"i am not happy with your company. i ordered a product from your company a couple of weeks ago and you sent me the wrong product. I went on to your customer service support website and typed a message last Saturday May 17th and have yet to get a response back. It took 9 days to receive my package. "Do Not Buy From SF Planet -- Seller stated they shipped the package - 14 days later, no package. I've contacted the seller and only received canned responses. Ships with no tracking information. I would not recommend buying from this seller - Poor communication - poor execution. -- They've also offered to refund my shipping, however have not responded that the action is complete and have essentially dismissed my issue.

This seller is not a good Amazon seller - Buyer beware...

Regarding the Fosmon DURA Series Design TPU Protective Skin Case for Samsung Galaxy S4 / S IV - Spring Flower - Purchased on Amazon, I cannot review the product itself -yet- because the seller SF Planet has not sent the item which I paid for.
