"I've been very pleased so far. Their design platform is easy to use, and they respond super fast to design questions on the chat window. The huge number of shirt brands allow basically any fit or color I want. There's an "Effect" button that applies a tasteful vintage/distressed look to the whole shirt. On the design window it sort of looks like a spray of color all over the shirt, but the 'spray spots' actually get printed as blank/empty parts of the design. Very effective. Also very easy to import my own graphics or photos. "
"My first experience using RushOrderTees for a multigeneraltional family trip. The color choices were plentiful, and it was easy to navigate the print color options (even playing around with different colors for the text, and adding clip-art. My only issue was my fault, as I waited a bit to long to place an order and had to pay a bit more for shipping according to the date I need them by. But customer service rep Geraldine helped me out with a promo code which helped with the pricing. I look forward to receiving the shirts I designed!"

"I have being dealing with Rush Order Tees for the past 10 years. I place multiple orders during the year. Generally, I hadn’t had any issues until this past year. Their lack of customer service and support to remedy their mistakes has left me very unsatisfied and looking to find another company to do business with.
These are the reasons behind my dissatisfaction, first order I wanted embroidered, they assured they could do it and then the rep claiming to want to save me money switched my order to print. They offered a discount instead of giving me the order the way I wanted it.
Second order I ordered jackets for my crews. The sizes were incorrect. Again a discount but if I wanted the jackets printed in proper sizes I had to pay for a new order again.
Current order I ordered v neck and got crew. No I didn’t mistake or overlook the preference selection, I simply hit reorder with the rep on the phone with me as I’m placing my order.
This is thousands of dollars being spent throughout the year for 10 years. They’re going to loose a loyal customer."
"I put in a quote for a re-order with rushordertees.com, for extra softball shirts. After receiving an automated email that the quote would be sent soon, I waited over a week with still no email. I emailed rushordertees and after another week, still no answer. I ended up going back to the site and choosing to chat with customer service. The chat bot was very good to work with, and it later connected me with a real human, Josh, from customer service. He was able to give me pricing for my original quote, along with a link to allow me to checkout and pay for my order. Rushordertees is a good company, but you have to talk to someone from customer service, otherwise, you may not hear from them when you request a quote. This is not the first time this has happened. They may just be busy with orders, but should do a better job checking emails."
