"Time got away from us prior to a recent trip to Niagara Falls. While going to the Canadian side was not a must, it was something my wife and I wanted to do. When we realized our passports have expired, we only had a few days to get them renewed. We contacted Jason Austin at Rushmypasdport.com. He made the process easy and painless for us. We overnighted everything on Friday from Jacksonville FL, he got our packet Monday, did a same day turn around, and we had the passports in our hands Tuesday afternoon. Incredible. We can not say enough great things about Jason. "
"They were professional, helpful and very fast! I received my passport in 7 business days with the basic service only! Also I received an email of each step of the process, so never had to wonder or contact them after the initial phone call. 5 star sevice!! "
"Although the process was a bit complicated due to government requirements, my passport was renewed very swiftly after the **** of my paperwork by agent Amie Figueroa. Well worth the money!"
"Passport arrived on time even though processing time included a holiday. Agents were patient with me and diligent in making sure I had everything I needed in order before I headed out to the post office.
"
"Great job getting me the passport on time. Great people helping me. But the charge was outrageous. I paid $258 to expedite and my mistake in the email address forced me to do an over night for additional $200. Seem's crazy. "
"My wife started to enter my passport information on a cruise website that we were going on in 10 days when she noticed my passport expired. I was shocked that I had not noticed this before. I went online to find a passport expedite service and came across this vendor. I am so glad I did. I mailed the information on Wednesday and I had my new passport Tuesday morning which was even sooner than they had promised. I would recommend their service to anyone. All the staff I spoke to along the way were very reassuring that everything would be OK and they were right."
"I placed an order, waited a year, then e-mailed them and asked if I could still complete my order. They said sure no problem (who does that? they could have told me to pay again). Passport got my name changed no problem and the process was fine. Not sure why other people had problems. Good support answered my questions and helped me complete a crazy old order. "
"I needed a quick turn-around on renewing an expired passport. They said 6-9 business days. Got it in 6, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Amie Figueroa took great care of handling this urgent matter."
"Thank you Amie Figueroa!! Your speed in my Passport was successful. I rcvd it less than 6 days! You Rock!! "
"Worked like a charm! Excellent result!"
"Impressed by a Forbes and WSJ endorsement, I proceeded to order because of a lost passport. It seemed pricey with a lot of added charges, but with such endorsement, could it be bad? My total ended up around 220. When I submitted a form for my husband with exact items, his bill was much higher and didn't register (thank God) because our information was so similar, Rush My Passport just couldn't handle it.
That is just the beginning. Then come a list of things you must get, money you must spend, and specifications you must adhere to.
Your passport could wind up costing over $500.
I called to cancel almost immediately after I had submitted my order. IT WILL COST YOU $20.00 for canceling and they will ask you, is that OK? Of course it isn't OK.
YOu can get much better service from the USGovernment at a much cheaper price."
"This company is a scam. They don't expedite any faster than going directly to the travel.gov website. I wasted my time and money dealing with them and ended up going through the state department website anyway. Just needed passports renewed. Ironically enough, it was cheaper and faster going through the government!"
"I was in a job interview process and they talked about a trip to Mexico within 7 days. There was nothing confirmed but I wanted to renew my expired passport. It expired about 3-4 years ago. I found RushMyPassport.com and it seemed legit and they wanted almost $500 to renew my passport. I assumed that was the total charge based on the information. The Terms and Conditions popped up in a smaller window and I could not read them very well. I accepted them. I then found out I did not need to go to Mexico and I called them. I also found out once I got all the information the US government ONLY issues passports if there is a documented case of leaving the country in the next two weeks. I also found out that the nearly $500 was not what it would cost me. I then found out that in order to cancel something I just signed up for within an hour would cost $50. This company is not forthright on critical decision making information. They seem to purposefully do this in conjunction with a significant cancellation fee as a set up to get more revenue. I have ran across numerous reviews with my experience. This company is probably great until you have an issue or realize you should not have signed up ONCE you are provided all the facts! I am sure they are great if you pay and no problems. You pay out the nose either way."
"i signed up for a basic service which cost $108 - and all it did for me was offer a pre-paid shipping label...!!!!
don't waste your money"
"This place is very shady & is a SCAM on 2 fronts. 1) They don't provide any expedited services whatsoever. They just take hundreds of dollars to "rush" your passport but send you back to the US Dept of State's website to fill out all documents there & pay the government fees all over again! I asked them what service are they providing since everything has to be processed at the US Dept of State anyways & the government takes only $15.45 to ship overnight & they said they use Fedex for $183.60 while our US Dept uses something else for $15.45.
2) When calling to cancel this useless service (if you can call it that), they charge a $20 cancellation fee & make you record a message saying your name, phone number & order number. VERY VERY WEIRD & SHADY.
