"Store did not have the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 7 in stock (inventory error). But they did quickly email me back to let me know that it will be about 7 - 10 days for arrival at their store. When they did show up, I had to email store to confirm if the shoes came in and they responded back stating that it did and it will be shipped that day. Got an automated email that it has been shipped. Tracking number was hard to find, I finally found tracking number via my account info through their website and looked at my order. Luckily I didn't need these shoes right away. I would still buy from them again."

"I ordered a pair of New Balance 754's. Runbargains had the best price, the size I needed, and they delievered! They also threw in 3 free pairs of socks!

Nothing fancy/special about the ordering process, but I had a very solid experience.

I wish they had better order tracking or submitted a tracking number. The used UPS to deliver my shoes and charged a *very* reasonable shipping fee.
