Because I could not find where to enter the exact dimensions of the rugs, I sent a note along the order with these dimensions but it was ignored. As a result one of the pads I received is too small. "I had a problem with "moving rugs". My kitchen runners just would NOT stop walking all over my travertine floor. I ordered the "ultimate" rug pad from Rug Pad Corner last year for my kitchen area and although the write up about buying the BEST indicated that it would NOT move once put under the rug....it did. I was straightening the rugs at LEAST 5 times a day. It was frustrating. SOOOO....when I had to order pads for a new rug in another room...I decided to call customer service and talk to someone that KNOWS about rugs and rug pads. The gentleman I spoke to suggest adding "another pad" and he sent it to me FREE with my existing order. Well....it has made the problem ALMOST go away. I've had the second runner in place for 3 days now and it hasn't moved but maybe 1/8 th of an inch. I can LIVE with that. I'll use RPC whenever I need ANY rug pads in the future. Hard to find a company that actually CARES about your issues once they have made a sale . 100% SATISFACTION"

"Starting my dialogue with Rug Pad Corner - there has not been delivery to Canada. They assured me that they work hard to make it happen, and indeed - they kept their promise.
The pads themselves are excellent (I chose Super Hold), and after using them I understood how inferior are the pads sold on the Canadian market (even in the best of stores.) I wish that the company will find a way to sell them directly in Canada and save for the customer the high delivery cost (that was for me higher than the cost of the pads themselves...)
