"Terrible experience. The rug we received had sides that were cut all crooked. It also shedded immensely, so much so that every time I vacuum it, which is a few times a week as recommended by the manufacturer, it fills up my vacuum..on that one rug! When I asked them about it they said it's not crooked, and that the sides will settle and straighten out, and that the shedding will stop. Well it is now 5 months later and nothing had changed. It is still crooked, and it sheds so much that we can't even sit on it - anyone that sits on it ends up covered in rug because it sheds so much. It is also scratchy and uncomfortable to sit on.
I received an email from them asking me to write a review so I did...I was very honest about my experience and gave it the lowest rating. My review was never posted, which is pretty fishy. I contacted the company a month ago and have yet to hear back. I contacted them again today and we will see what happens. But after 5 months, the sides have not magically straightened out and it sheds worse that ever. I definitely got a defective rug or something, and it was very expensive! Do not shop here!!"

"I always order my rugs from Wayfair because they are usually the cheapest and have a great assortment but then I discovered RugSale.com. They offer price match which you dont normally see for home goods and they even gave me a free pad to go under my rug. After speaking to them, they not only honored my price match, gave me a free mat and free shipping but they beat the price! They have an amazing assortment of rugs which is different then any other site I have seen and I would highly recommend using their site! "
"My experience with RugSale.com was horrible. First of all when we first rolled out the rug it didn't look right. On closer examination of the rug that was advertised at a very discounted price online we noticed the rug we had received didn't look like the same rug. It lacked the same detail, the same patterns, it was almost like it was an irregular. When I called Charlie at customer service to return the rug, he argued with me and said that even though I sent him pictures of the rug to show the differences, he was going to have to call the manufacturer of the rug to get their approval that the rug was defective or irregular and only then would the rug be eligible to have them pay for the shipping to send it back. I wanted a full refund but Charlie said he could only send me another rug. After speaking with Charlie I got a little nervous because in dealing with other online companies they were much more understanding and agreeable and would immediately send me a shipping label and an RMA number with very little questions asked. I didn't want another rug...I wanted my money back. So I filed a dispute with PayPal, as I used them to purchase the rug to make sure I would get my money back...I didn't feel comfortable with Charlie. He called me that day very angry at me because I filed the dispute. He gave me an ultimatum and said I could cancel the dispute and he could see if he could get me free shipping and my money back...he said he never said that I couldn't get my money back but he did. He said if there was something wrong with the rug I would be sent another one. He said he wanted to get me what I ordered. I didn't want to deal with this company after all I had already gone through. I just wanted my money back. I decided to not cancel the dispute. It went all the way to a claim because when I sent the rug back...$135.00 in shipping later...he didn't respond. I asked for my shipping charges but he only offered me my money back for the rug. He most likely will sell it to someone else. Beware!!!!"

"I wasn’t sure about this site, it seems to be a fairly new site. I couldn’t find many reviews and the few were mixed. I decided to try them anyway. The prices were about average with most reputable sites that I’m familiar with but they had a coupon code on their site that beat all the other sites. They also include a free pad. Not sure of the quality of the pad because it ships separately from the rug but it’s a bonus other sites didn’t offer. I ordered on Thursday, emailed for an update on Monday. They immediately sent me a tracking number and the Rug (beautiful) arrived on Wednesday. I had a very good experience. "
