Poor Quality Bag and Lack of Replacement Process

"Bag is functionally good and does what is advertised. However, bag construction is very cheap and lots of plastic parts considering the $100 cost. Within 3 months of use (maybe once every other week) bag zipper began to release without reason putting my dog at risk. Next, a few zipper teeth detached from the side compartment (see photos) preventing the bag from securing my Boston Terrier. No big deal, I will just get a replacement part...well here is Ruffit's official "return/replacement policy" - "We have a 14 day return and exchange policy and a 30 day defect policy. We cannot replace or refund your carrier due to it being past the dates and we are unsure how much you have used it. Sorry for the inconvenience.". No big deal I wasn't looking for a bag replacement, I'll just buy the separate piece that zips away from the bag and my dog and I will be back in business. Not so fast, I was told there are no extra pieces to purchase and that I would have to replace the whole bag at full cost. I was disappointed in this and even though the bag is designed to be replacement friendly I am unable to buy a single replacement part. Really disappointing and really bad business. My recommendation is to stay away. The cost doesn't reflect the quality and you will have to purchase another $100 bag if anything breaks."
