"Not honest, not helpful. Ordered two different colors of same rubber interlocking tiles. Quickly shipped (only benefit!), when received the two colors would not interlock, nor were they even the same size! After a week and a half of phone calls with company to explain and request assistance for a prompt solution, we were promised a full refund for one color including original shipping costs, only after we had to threaten to dispute the credit card charges. Took over a week to process the refund and it, surprise, does not include the shipping we paid. They are slow to respond, if at all, can't easily offer solutions to problems that they make, and obviously don't care whether the customer is satisfied. They were quick to update their webpage to include a caution about which colors will and won't interlock with each other following this ordeal. Our plan was to order more of the color we kept to make our project work, forget it, we will pay more and go somewhere else for better service!"

"Just wanted to pass on my experience with Rubber flooring inc. it’s the company they shoes up when you are impatiently sick of waiting for horse stall mats to be in stock. They also do business as Garage Floors.
Horrible customer service and product did not live up to expectations. I ordered and floor took over 80 days to deliver. Website advertised delivery I two weeks. Did not respond to emails and phone calls or website chat. Product finally arrived and would not lay flat. Arrived 80 days later than they claimed. Then customer service would not respond no matter how many times I sent them emails and phone calls. Finally did respond, but then claimed that previous customer service rep was "no longer with the company." New rep wanted me to package back up 800 lbs of flooring, implying that it should be easy no problem. Then told me they would make it tough for me if I dispute this with my credit card. Do not order from this company online. Terrible customer service, defective product, late delivery. Avoid! Picture is of floor mats that wont lay down flat (even though you flip them as they recommend."

"I'm a residential buiilder, I ordered garage flooring and received mostly complete and correctly ordered product within days. the company IMMEDIATELY replaced the non-shipped items and 'made it right' the floor tiles were exactly what i had hoped for and worked out well with a super quick and easy snap lock installation. 90 minutes for 400 sqft install. thanks i'll reorder for the next buildout."

"I have been eyeing some rubber flooring since the onset of the pandemic. But honestly, the freight charges were keeping me away. Finally, there is a mat that has free shipping. It may be because it's being discontinued, but that's ok by me! Two is all I need to (almost) finish my home gym. Can't wait to get them!"
