"Stay away from RossBuys.com. Class A scammers from the UK. Watch out for a fellow named Peter. You will get a lie-a-thon from him that won't quit. (Man how long can these scammers stay in business?)
I placed an order for a couple of sweepers totaling around $55. Their system worked tremendously in charging the credit card and sending e-mail (it is very good at e-mailing you about the order being placed) and no promise that the thing will ever ship. Guess why? I won’t! So, after more than two weeks I began to grow tired of not getting anything from them, e-mail, product, NOTHING. So I decided to email them. That is when I met Peter a fine fellow who can lie with the best of them. He had the audacity to insult me for being angry that I had heard nothing from them. How about that, get scammed, and then get insulted, no extra charge.
Peter then started his story about a magic glitch in their system that allowed them to bill instantly, send e-mail of billing instantly and then miraculously had a problem where it could not ship out of the warehouse nor tell customers that they were hosed up two weeks before Christmas. Peter promised all of their customers (three days before the last shipping day) before Christmas, though he did not mention which year it would be there by Christmas. Anyway Peter, as I had demanded, told me that a refund was already being applied to the CC. Well, you know Peter, and you know RossBuys.
Well, this may be hard for you to believe, but guess what? Peter was yet again lying about the refund. I have to go to my bank and dispute the charge.
Be careful about buying from third world nations like the UK, folks. They love to scam Americans. RossBuys as you can see is by no means an exception.

Anyway, if you feel the compulsion to order from RossBuys, why not send me the money instead. That way I can send you back ½ of it and you don’t get fully ripped off. But, if you need to lose it all, I highly recommend RossBuys as they are as good of scammers as I have ever dealt with. Caveat Emptor!
