"Order took 1 week to be processed and shipelped, and another 2 weeks to he delivered"
"I had ordered a car part around 3pm and then 2 hours later replies to the email to please cancel.
I was called the next morning that the part came in and it's a 35% restock fee but then after discussing further, they did refund me. Great job. Picking up the parts was much cheaper than shipping.

"I purchased 10 oil filters for Toyota Sienna online. The transaction was easy and very smooth. Shipping was fast and at reasonable price. I love it. I will definitely visit the Roseville Toyota nonline again.
Thank you."
"I order parts online with part numbers, pay for them. They give me a call and email when they are ready to be picked up. "
"Ordered online for pickup after another dealer quoted me $35 more per item. My order was ready that day and picked it up before the sun went down. Staff was friendly too."
"So easy to find, order, pay for and pick up my OEM parts. Best prices anywhere."
"They went above and beyond to help me. John was awesome!"
"I ordered an accessory for my 2022 Highlander online. The online process was simple along with confirmation messages. The item was in stock, so I was able to pick it up the next day. Pick up at the parts counter was quick and simple."
"Great team in the parts department."
"Attempted to help out an 82 year old relative by fixing their 2021 Toyota Highlander liftgate. Dealer agreed it sounded like the liftgate motor. Part suspected was not in stock anywhere with Toyota, so I bought it online with Roseville to expedite process. When it turned out that it wasn’t this part. And had to return it, the parts dept informed me there was a $100 restocking fee on a $300 part one week after purchasing it. Would not back down, claimed it was in the terms and agreements page. But not on the order page where a customer would see it. So, my advice would be, to Tia straightforward dealer who won’t make a 33 percent margin of profit on a part they are going to resell. I’m a mechanic. Parts guy told me that you shouldn’t just buy parts to shotgun a problem. Except, when you make a diagnosis, you buy a part to try to solve the problem. Until it doesn’t solve the problem, and then you move on. Please, Roseville Toyota, don’t have non-mechanics telling mechanics how to fix cars and buy parts to solve a problem.
I would avoid this dealer, and find a parts source you can build a relationship with. "
"I called to ask about a part and the employee was very helpful walking me through the website over the phone. "
"Good prices and local pickup, saved on shipping!"
