"This site rips customers off. I bought a jacket and waited but it never arrived. After contacting Rosegal they finally told me their shipping company refused to send to me and delivered it back to Rosegal. Obviously I was expecting a full refund from Rosegal but instead was told 'as a gesture of goodwill we will refund you 50%!!!!! I am disgusted they owe me a full refund and this is purely ripping customers off. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from these scam artists unless you want to lose your money."
