"I ordered an item off Walmart.com and got my package and it was a box of 6 of the same items no where near the item I ordered. SMH that after all the bad reviews Walmart still let’s them on their site. I ordered wire cutters and got 6 of the same size nut drivers. They list a number on the invoice but you are not able to speak with anyone. Then go back to the website they are now “sold out”. "
"Worst experience ever. The item was ordered through Amazon, and it was damaged in shipment without being delivered. I canceled any future orders and purchased the item elsewhere, only to have Ron's send another $153.25 can. I returned the item and Ron refused to reimburse the shipping cost. Do not order."

Ron's sent me back an email saying too late, too bad and then threatened me that if I refused the order I would be responsible for returning charges which will be taken from my return. "Ordered a king cooker 10.5 qt. aluminum fish fry pot with basket. This was ordered on Walmart.com.
Took over a week to arrive. Came on a Postal Service truck and was delivered directly to my door. I had been waiting on this to cook some fish... When I opened the box both pieces were severely damaged. It was no suprise since they are aluminum and had no additional protection other than the small box they came in. Same box if one would have gone to the store and bought directly off the shelf. I am very frustrated that someone would not take the time to package this in a way that would protect it from being damaged during shipping. The original box is very, very thin and small. Plus for the fact they are aluminum and not very thick. Damaged product is being returned and I am receiving a refund (Thank you Walmart!!)
Most likely will avoid anything that might come from Ron’s home and hardware in the future..... very poor service!!!!"

In any case, you will pay the shipping (both ways), you will no longer have the product, and possibly (probably) won't have your money back either." It's worded in such a way that they can say they did not receive it, or that something about the return package wasn't absolutely perfect - pretty much any excuse."
"Ordered a package of four Sterilite locking waste baskets with lids from Ron's through Newegg Marketplace. Received ONE trash can and three lids. Tried to call the contact phone number, it is disconnected, finally contacted through email.
Ron's told me to keep the incorrect order and they issued a partial refund. I did not want one can and three lids. I wanted what I ordered, four matching cans with lids.
Ron's Home and Hardware is a scam. A crook and should be avoided. I wish I would have seen all the negative feed back this company has earned with their crooked business ethics and practices."
"I ordered from Ron's through the Sears Marketplace. My order was for 12 bags of fertilizer at 4lbs each. When I opened the package there was only 1 ( yes one) bag inside instead of the 12 that I paid for. The box should have weighed 48lbs so I knew something was not right as soon as I picked it up. I have contacted Sears Customer service and filed a claim. I see that someone else has also written a review about Ron's with the same exact complaint that I have, they only got one item instead of the 12 they ordered. This place is obviously doing this on purpose to customers. What a fraud. Stay away from this place. Sears and other places should totally ban them from selling anything on their sites."
