"I ordered a pair of Smith sunglasses and received a call from them a few hours later to inform me that they only had one pair and the lenses were scratched. They offered to get me a new pair, but said it might take a few weeks, and also offered to sell me the scratched pair at a lower price. They said the scratches were very small but they did not want to send a pair of scratched sunglasses. I opted for the pair they had at a lower price and received them a few days later. The glasses appear to be in perfect condition, and the scratches so small I had to have someone else point them out to me. The fact that they even noticed the scratches themselves, or even checked, really says a lot about their level of service. I will defintely order from them again should they have a product I need."
