"I recently bought 6 Kimber 10mm magazines from Rockwell Arms. Very fast delivery but the USPS envelope they were packaged in tore from the over-packaging and only 4 arrived. Just an email to Rockwell Arms with a few photos of the packaging and that was all it took to resolve this. My other 2 magazines arrived shortly thereafter. "I looked all over local and Internet for a Kimber handgun. At Rockwell, they not only gave the best price and service, they gave me more discounts, saving me $73.49 from the lowest price I could find. I could buy a stainless steel 5" 45 cal. for $100 above price, but all other companies was asking for the Kimber 22 cal. Even on their accessories for AR 15's, local stores said that they could not make any money at that price, that was their cost! "I ordered several magazines for a pistol, which never stated they were out of atock so they shouldve shipped within a day or two. Then a couple weeks go by and I'm left wondering why they took my money and havent shipped my merchandise, well only the shady businesses work that way, but anyway i talked to a John manager who said it would ship the nextnd week, wrong he was i called tuesday afternoon talked to a mike who seemed dumb founded on yhe whole situation. I then said cancel my order and give me a refund. He said he would refund the money and gave me the line that all b.s. business owners have been giving for years to help people feel more comfortable about getting charged for merchandise that they havent recieved " everyone is buying guns, accessories etc.etc. thats why its taking so long" yet they disnt even have a clue as to when it would arrive. They blamed the manufacturer but i know they were lying because i have delt with kimber in the past and they will answer all my questions without the bull. So i ordered the magazines from where i should have in the first place, sure it cost me a little more money but it was well worth it especially since they sent me the shipping confirmation later that day and said the date it would arrive at my house. Thanks midwayusa, way more reliable than some Podunk unreliable lying store named rockwell arms. Which i did tell the guy i would never order from them again, too bad for them.
Get yor facts right rockwell arms, the magazines said they were immediately available and secondly I cancelled on the 12 day. Its ok i got my mags that i ordered 2 days after i orded them from Midway USA."
