"I ordered multiple items based an a few clubs I returned. The largest item the blue tees s3 max was inoperable. It was blurry and would not focus. You all would not assist so I had to connect with the manufacturer and mail it back to them at my cost. Hopefully they will assist! "
"Ordered 3 Gloves size Adult XL for right hand. The Nicklaus glove fits fine. The Rock Bottom Golf glove is tight but useable in a pinch. The Etonic Stabilizer glove is horrible. Tight and the fingers are very uncomfortable. Mist have been some kind of reject because it was totally unwearable. Very disappointed with the degree of difference in the supposedly same size gloves."

"I ordered a set of Tour Edge Irons and Woods. The drop down screen on their site allowed for shaft selection. I completed my order and paid 2175.00 for the set and when my confirmation was sent the shaft flexes I chose were wrong...too stiff. I immediately sent an email saying not to proceed with the order until this was corrected. The company contacted me the next day and said they could not change an order once it was placed. That I could cancel and replace the order. I opted to cancel. I was told for the next 4 days they were trying to get in touch with the warehouse to cancel. I sent an email each day to please cancel and not one was answered. I called customer service and after the first day they would not pick up the phone. Btw...I was told by phone that the order was in the process of being cancelled. Finally on day 5...they sent an email saying the order was now being shipped. Please change the shaft flex. Response: can't. Please cancel my order! Response: Nope. Please do not ship this order it is not correct! Response: Its now shipped. I finally received an email five days after telling me that the order was now shipped and could not be canceled. Really!! Should have been an easy fix. This company must completely outsource all their product. I purchased the exact same equipment from the manufacturer with the correct shaft flex for 2080.00...95.00 less than the Rock Bottom price. So not sure where the Rock Bottom savings are. Now I have a full set of clubs coming to return. Can't imagine what they are going to say next about refunding the 2175.00? They lost a loyal customer. Oh yeah...of course I put a dispute in on the charge on day 2. I'm not an idiot! If you choose to do business with these guys...Ex Post Facto...buyer beware!"
