"I ordered an item from this company over a month ago. I have emailed and called/left messages and have not gotten any response. I got one email saying the order was confirmed with very little information in it right after my order and then nothing.
The event I needed this for has already passed, I'm considering having to open a dispute to get my money back. I would be very cautious before using this company. "
"I bought a case for the iPhone 6 instead of the iPhone 6 Plus and called their customer service to swap it out. Got everything squared away in a couple minus and they even gave me the new case for the price of the wrong case which was cheaper. All in all I would shop there again!"
"I placed my order at 10am and received a tracking number for my shipped order at 1pm. The case I ordered arrived a day earlier than I expected it to. A week after my order arrived I received a courtesy phone call from Roccstar Accessories to check up and see if I received my item since the Post Office tracking number did not update and then they gave me a coupon code to thank me for being a customer.
All around I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for phone accessories."
"I placed an order with RoccStar Accessories on April 16, 2009. They immediately charged my account, but have not shipped the item. I have contacted them several times via email (since no phone number is listed) and they ignore my messages. So now I'm out of my money and have no product. I'm very upset and don't know how else to report them. Right now I don't care about the product. I would like my money refunded."
"Ordered a Blueant V1 and found out they were back ordered. Canceled order but they Roccstar sat on the cancelation. They tried to send me the product on 26 June, but I told them It was canceled. They turned the order around so I didn't have to mail it back to them. It now 2 July and they still have my money.They haven't answered my Emails, so here I am without my credit for something I canceled. I can't reccomend this company at all "
