"I purchased three t-shirts from Roaman's March 27th. The neckline of one shirt disintegrated in the wash. When I took it out of the dryer half the neckline had come apart at the seams. So I contacted Roaman's on 6/22 and asked for a replacement as it was within the 90 day warranty period. It took multiple emails and each time I'm required to repeat the entire details on the issue. Finally one day Roaman's return mailer arrives and I ship the defective t-shirt back. Then they promptly drop off the face of the earth again. No contact, no replacement shirt and almost two more months go by. I email and multiple emails exchanged again they still don't know anything about my order, nothing has been shipped, and all the color options are now sold out. At this point I plan to chalk it up as a learning experience and I'm dropping the whole issue. My life is too short to deal with these crazy people. The clothing is cheap and nothing is worth the aggravation of dealing with this company."

"I ordered a pair of Naturalizer shoes. I received them in a timely manner. But, when I received them, they showed signs of being worn inside and the outside was dirty, and they were not in a Naturalizer box. I called Customer Service and decided to send the shoes back. This was their mistake, but I still had to pay for shipping the shoes back. They said there was nothing they could do about the return shipping price charged me. I do not recommend buying from this company and I will definitely never place an order with them again.

UPDATE on REVIEW: I wrote to Roaman's after my review here. I let them know that I felt it was their mistake and they should have paid the shipping for sending them back. I got a nice note saying they had made the mistake and they did refund the shipping to me. Thanks, Roaman's.

"I've purchased clothes through Roamans on several occasions with no problems. Their prices are low, they have good coupon codes, and I've liked the clothes. Their sizes run a little big. I have also done several returns (to get right size) and never had a problem with the returns. They are a little slow on crediting your card - 3-4 weeks, but they state that on the invoice. I'm happy with them. "
