Ok knife, but watch your credit card like a hawk!

"Bought two auto knives. Quality was ok but a month later the blade wouldn’t deploy or retract properly which caused a small cut (safety first!). Stopped using it as my EDC knife after that. On to the good stuff. My credit card was used for two places, Progressve Insurance and Roadside Imports. Five weeks after my purchase I got hit with a $2700 charge for a hotel in Monte Carlo. My charge was refunded but given the two places I used the card, My money is that Roadside Imports isn’t very careful with their credit card database. Use a virtual credit card or one with bulletproof fraud coverage."

Frustrating and RUDE!

"I purchased a knife for $150 plus shipping. The knife is defective and this company will not help me. The multiple correspondence has been curt and absolutely RUDE. Shame on me, this is my second experience with jb@autoknife who needs a class in customer service. Do not use this company , if you have an issue you are out of luck and money!!!! "

Worst customer service in the universe

"Purchased a knife and it was defective and ask for advice so I could make my own repair and was assaulted with rudeness.
JB is the owner and a real nut case. now I'm stuck.

Horrible and a ripoff

"Roadside Imports is a horrible nasty company! Bought a knife for $100 that did not deploy upon arrival. There customer service is rude (JP is the one who responds to emails). They do not stand behind their product, almost impossible to get a return and a knife that works. I send the first non working knife back only to receive the same one back from JP that still doesn't work, when I contacted him again about it he was rude and told me how to fix it! Why should I fix a knife that is brand new? JP said I ordered a cheap knife, regardless if it is cheap by his standards, I spent $100 on this knife, and worked hard to buy this knife. Horrible company that sells broken products and blames the broken product on the customer. Do not do business with them.
