"Worst Customer Service.Very dishonest. RBO sent me the wrong bike. When I contacted them, it became apparent that they were advertising the wrong bike. RBO said "send it back we will ship you the right one" but when they realized there was a cost difference between the bike they were advertising and the one they were sending they simply refused to correct the mistake and gave me a credit for my purchase minus shipping. To this day I never got the money back and I had to dispute it with my credit card company. They tried to create some confusion with the year and even blamed the manufacturer. So to recap, had to spend a great deal of time to assemble the bike, then dissassemble it, then I had to rent a pick up truck because I cannot fit anything in my 2 seater car. Result waste time, money, gas and no bike. All goes well it might be a good place to buy but believe me if anything goes wrong...you are out of luck"
