Excellent job !

" I had ordered floor mats for my 2024 grand highlander...I got a call from Dave the parts man who informed me that according to my vin number, I had the second row bench seats and the part I ordered was for the second row captains seats and the mats were much different. He changed my order to the correct mats which he had in stock. Thank god for that man Dave...great job of looking out for the customer ! !"

Doesn’t make since…

"I stopped at the dealership to order parts over the weekend for a vehicle purchases through Hendricks recently. As I went to purchase the parts I was told it would cost almost 25% more to purchase it through Hendricks at the counter than what I saw through their online dealer page.

While I understand there are sometimes instances where there is a different price online than through a direct purchase at the counter it doesn’t make sense to me why Hendricks doesn’t just honor the price they advertise online if a customer brings it up.

It just turns a neutral interaction into a negative one when the customer has to go back to the dealership to pick up the same exact in stock part they could have bought at the counter and simply match the price.
