"I ordered a large chocolate gift basket sent to my Mother who had hip surgery 400 miles away from me. They never would update the status of my package on their website. It kept saying "processing" all the way up until the day it was delivered. I emailed between 4-6 times and got ONE response. I called their 800 number and got A RECORDER which no one returned my call. Then....the one email I got gave me a Fed Ex tracking number. So, I started tracking the package. It was delivered one week later by a man who looked like Joe Blow off the street in a pick up truck. NO Fed ex. Nothing professional and certainly nothing TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED. My mother now has a $90 basket of melted chocolate. Horrible experience, horrible service, and horrible product. Beware...."

"I ordered the ‘West Coast Grand Treat Basket’ I wanted to first order one for myself before sending it to a client. It was fun looking through all the gifts on the site. It arrived in two days the nuts and chocolates were better then I expected. I already placed my order to send one to my client! "
