"I should have done some research prior to ordering from Retrofacts! DO NOT bother buying something from them! I ordered a hat and two weeks later when it didn't come I emailed customer service asking for the tracking since they didn't provide me with a tracking number. They told me that they didn't have the hat in stock and that they were waiting for it to come (no communication with me about that, yet they still took my money!) They asked if I would like a refund or to buy a different hat. I asked for a refund since I didn't have time to wait for them (Christmas was right around the corner and it was going to be late). So they ask for the invoice and confirmation number which I gave.. They then tell me that they just had to order it in and would I like it still. I said I still wanted the refund so they re-ask for the invoice. Then I hear nothing from them. So I call them up three times during normal business hours and no one answered. Their answering machine sounded sketchy as if it was at some person's house and not a legit business. I leave two messages. I finally get a response after days of trying to get things straight they said that they refunded me (they did this after 3 PM of course). I also want to mention that when I was emailing them, they were emailing me back at the most absurd times 5 am, 12 am and 3 am (and we had the same time zones since they are out of NC and I'm NH). They also had terrible grammar and spelling. They never did return my phone call either since they responded through email. At least I got my refund, from other reviews some people didn't even get that. My opinion, this is a backroom business done by a few guys trying to make a buck. I will never order from them again.. Too much hassle and not professional at all!"

"1. The initial shipment took a month to arrive.
2. When it finally arrived, it was incomplete.
3. I have only recently come to realize that the Johnny Cash onesie shipped is the wrong size (18 months), however I feel certain I'm better off waiting a year for my daughter to grow into it than I would be returning it and expecting them to fix the error.
4. Three months after placing my order, it is yet to be completed.
5. At no point in time did they ever communicate any of the delays or problems without my first having to contact them and make inquiries despite claims that any delays would be communicated immediately.

The fact that they had the audacity to include a note in the package asking for a favorable review or positive feedback is laughable. This has been the single worst online shopping experience I have ever known. Retrofacts is at best a shady company, and at worst a scam run out of somebody's trailer in North Carolina.

"Will not order from this site again. The payment had processed and came out of my bank account almost immediately after I ordered. 10 Days later and my items still have not shipped. I called their contact number and it's Disconnected. I sent an email 3 days after the order was placed and got a response. 1 Item was holding it up and it would ship sometime next week. I sent another email 6 days after the order and it was the same story. They asked if I would like my items shipped separately. Immediately I said yes. Since then I have heard nothing and neither item has shipped. I sent an email asking for my money back and they have not responded yet nor has it shown up in my bank account."
