Recently, they e-mailed to say that a certain restaurant was no longer participating and that I could exchange the certificates for credit. Unforuntately, only one of the codes worked for one certificate. I have not been able to exchange three others. I tried to e-mail them on multiple occasions; their e-mail address bounces. I tried to call numeous times. No one ever answers the phone, only an automated voicemail system. They oftentimes don't call back until days later; by that time I'm gone because I can't sit around waiting for days for them to call. They have never resolved the problem."
