"The brace is very helpful on my foot. When I wear it, it adds support and I don't feel pain from my plantar fascitis. There are a couple of things that I wish I could change about the velcro system. Since it is one size fits all, when I properly fit the brace, the velcro part ends up at the bottom of my foot (an uncomfortable feeling.) If it were just a little bit smaller it would fit my female size 7 foot better. The other thing about the velcro is that if you wear it barefoot, then you have to criss-cross the top velcro part, otherwise it scratches your foot. All in all though, I am very pleased that the brace stops the pain and is inexpensive."
