"So I took the time to write an honest, helpful review only to be, in the end, faced to deal with a rather dumb User Name and seemingly little possibility (I tried well over two dozen variations based on my actual name) of changing it."
"They allow merchants to remove negative reviews. I went looking for a negative review I posted to update it since the company made it right but the review is gone. I even have an email stating the merchant replied to my review so it was posted at one point but it is no longer there. So don't trust the reviews here. This review will probably be deleted too."
"please stop spamming my email. if I want your services, i would seek you out and let you know. I don't. "TrustPilot? 5 Questions to ask yourself" is your latest email headline."

"Easy to access with affordable prices, it has a good quality, timely products, communicable customer supports."
"i DON'T KNOW WHO YOUR SPAM ARTISTS ARE BUT YOU NEED TO UNSUBSCRIBE YOUR BS SITE I NEVER HEARD OF YOU, AND I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR SPAM BS AND WHO THE **** IS FOOLISH CAT I NEVER HEARD OF SUCH a stupid username.. "
"They show our company having one star because we are no longer a customer of RR. Yes, we have a few 1 star reviews but our average through the years is definitely not 1 star. We are a reputable company with good rating everywhere else. Buyer beware!!!"
"If you aren't paying for their service, the only people who write reviews on this site are people who are dissatisfied. If you use their service, it's fine while you use it. However, after you cancel their service, the older reviews stop counting toward your rating. (Even though the reviews stay on their site, only reviews posted within the last year count toward your star rating.) This means that you can have hundreds of 5 star ratings, but the only rating that counts toward your total is the single one-star rating that was posted in the last year. Lame."
"I always read the worst reviews (for a company) first. I want to understand what issues people have had with a company. Some reviews (such as cancellation without refund) I may just discount. But others may yield good insight into how well a company services its customers. I am pretty tech saavy but couldn't figure out how to sort the reviews by stars within a company. Reseller Ratings needs a lesson from Trip Advisor."
