The confirmation email said my package would ship in a week, but it shipped in only a couple days. I paid a little extra for the Priority shipping, so it arrived two days after it shipped. "I ordered my shirt on August 31. Six days later my order status still said "processed". When I contacted them they said my order would be shipped by the end of the week. On day 10 my status still said "processed" so I emailed again and called, but got no response. On day 14....still no shirt and order status still said "processed". I opened a dispute with Paypal and asked that they ship my shirt next day at their expense or refund my money. My money was refunded within 5 minutes. What kind of business is this? I would no recommend anyone order from them."

"Ordered 3 shirts from them a week ago. No movement on the order (they were supposed to have shipped already). I've left 2 messages and a couple emails and no response. I'm not sure if they're in business or not. They haven't taken any money out of my account but I think I'm going to change my credit card number just to be safe.
**Edit: After several attempts to reach them with no response, I sent a notice to cancel the order. That finally got them to respond and ask me not to cancel."
"This was the only site I found which sold "vintage look" joy division shirts, so I ordered one (the "vintage" look cost like 6-8 bucks extra) and after an unusually long time when the shirt arrived, it was your standard black shirt - not the "vintage" black I paid extra for. After 2 emails to the company there has been no reply. And in the meantime, I can't wear the shirt that is sitting helplessly on my coffee table because I'm worried maybe eventually one day someone might actually respond to my email. So now I'm left wondering, do I eat the loss and just take the shirt as-is? Keep emailing? Try calling? Do I risk sending the shirt back and having them never send me the correct order or never refunding my money? I never would have ordered from this company had I bothered to check independent review sites and seen the horrible reviews about the complete lack of customer service, I guess that's my lesson learned, along with my mission to tell anyone who will listen about how they should never shop at this store."
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON. This is a joke, and I should have read the previous review before I clicked buy. I ordered a doctor who shirt on the 3rd. On the invoice it said estimated ship...feb 11th??...So anyways my payment was confirmed that day. So 9 days..NINE DAYS LATER!!!...On the 12th I get an email telling me "sorry we sold out", yet its the 17th today and they still have it listed on their site. JOKE...Something is up with this seller"
