"The price point was great, my order shipped quickly & my lamps were well-swaddled in bubble wrap. I'm not impressed by the take-it-or-leave-it returns policy, which is why I won't order trickier products from them. (I read those policies before I decide to order from an unfamiliar vendor.) Let's face it, equipment can malfunction. I won't risk my limited funds or my turtle's health by gambling on a deal from a vendor who won't stand behind their merchandise.
The first lamp burned out inexplicably after 3 days. (Yes, I have the correct ceramic fixture & only handled it while wearing gloves.) Still, the entire cost of my order was less than one of those lamps from the local pet store. The Cyber Monday sale enabled me to try a more promising lamp for my turtle."
