Not Great

"Have tried ordering from this place 2 times and will never do it again. They are extremely slow, have poor communication and will take their sweet time to give a refund back to you if at all. Both of my orders were over $150 and had an item that was not in stock despite being available on their website. They do not communicate this to you but will make you wait several weeks before you have to message them and then they will blow you of with a

Then you will hear nothing for a week or so more. You will message them again and then be told your item wasn't in stock to begin with. After this it's up to you what you want to do. I chose to ask for a refund and cancel my order. They failed to get back to me for another 2 weeks...I am still waiting on a reply and the refund hasn't been processed. If you do order from them expect significant delays and terrible communication. There are other far better places that take pride in their business and have the same prices.

"Horrible customer service, wow! asked what was on back order and reply was titled: "HELL!" and the person was annoyed that they had to tell me what i was waiting on... I'd rather do buisness with someone more customer oriented. will never buy again.
