"When my wife and I changed cellular service providers, we were hoping for better reception at our home. No go. We live in a small, steep valley off a larger valley and cell signals from all providers are weak to almost non-existent. The noise to signal ratio is high also. The site has a of GREAT technical information about how repeaters work, how to set them of for maximum effectiveness, and how to evaluate the various products out there. I ended up purchasing and installing two systems - WeHome 5G Connect and CellFi X. After a bit of testing and conferring with the excellent staff at RepeaterStore I selected the CellFi X for the permanent install. No problem returning the WeHome for cash back even though I had installed and used the equipment for about a month. Doing the final install of the CellFi I found that one run of cable was a bit longer than recommended. I contacted RepeaterStore about that and they said - Hey, looks like you live close by so come on over and we'll cut and crimp a custom length for you at no cost. Awesome! How often do you purchase a product through a reseller and they say come on over and we'll customize it for you. Good work guys; keep up the great USA-based customer service and your sure to grow a very happy customer base."
