"They sent their product in a box and it was loose with random, unnecessary tools. No instructions came with the so called "do it yourself" installation. The complete tools to complete the product were not included. I had to purchase other tools to complete the installation. After installation, the screen cover was removed and a cracked screen was revealed. I immediately emailed and called RepairPartsPlus. When I finally made contact with someone, I was only told that I could not be helped and that my warranty was void. The person I spoke with was rude, and they hung up on me. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. RepairPartsPlus is just trying to sell second hand parts at brand new prices for a quick profit. Do not be deceived by their site. You do not get what you order, nor do they let you know you are not getting everything you need for installation. "
