"Service great...selection great. WASTEFUL SHIPPING POLICY!! I ordered 4 new filters for my stove fan. All 4 together they measured 15.5" x4.5" by less than .5". Yet each one came in a box measuring 18"x 5" x 5" filled with paper. Then those 4 boxes were put into an enormous box with the four separate boxes in it and then again, filled with paper. I couldn't even imagine what mistake had been made when fulfilling my order when this box arrived at my door. Will think twice now when using RepairClinic for this reason only. Total waste or product and I can only assume cost of shipping. Infuriating!!!"
