"I bought a remote from them, received it and got it set up on my vehicle, then the remote stopped working. I emailed the company and they gave me a RMA to return it and returned it to them like they asked, and got tracking to confirm delivery, but a week later I still haven't gotten my card credited for the return. I have emailed several times trying to find out whats going on and still haven't heard anything. Nothing at all, not even an email saying we received your return and are processing or anything. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Update, I did get an email on 2/9 telling me it usually takes 10 business days and they would have someone look into it, well its past the 10 business days and still I'm waiting and still no word from Remotesandkeys. Today 2/22/14 I finally got a PARTIAL REFUND from them. I PAID FOR THE ITEM, RECEIVED IT FROM THEM DEFECTIVE, THEY TELL ME TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND NEVER MENTIONING ANYTHING ABOUT ONLY GETTING PART OF MY MONEY BACK, I PAID FOR SHIPPING BACK TO THEM, THEY SAID 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MY REFUND, STILL NEVER SAYING NOTHING ABOUT IT BEING A PARTIAL BECAUSE THE REMOTE BEING DEFECTIVE IS NOT MY FAULT! THEN 3 WEEKS LATER I GET A REFUND AND ITS NOT ALL OF MY MONEY THAT I PAID. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TOTALLY SCAMMERS, CROOKS! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO PROBLEM BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE MERCHANDISE, WELL GOOD LUCK BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! THEY JUST ARE OUT TO MAKE MONEY NO MATTER HOW THEY DO IT!! "

"It was very easy to order and when I called in to check, the Woman I talk to was very nice and helped me with great C Service skills,and offered me a tracking No in order to check on it myself,I would order from you guy any time, I took my remote to a key shop, and they cound not install it ,because the Dealer made it where you must bring it to them and the Dealer wants to charge me 90 bucks to install,so I think I will just get a new alarm placed in with auto start up and every thing else windows up and down door lock and un lock for only 320 bucks, ,so I don't really need the remote but Im going to keep it any way because the service was so good,Thank You, Im telling all my friends about your Company,Bryant Townsend."
